A seperate appendix VII has been in the book enumerating therein the provisions of the Depositories Act,1996. The present edition of the book has been brought up to date, by incorporating all the changes introduced by the Companies Amedment Acts passes so far. The two important concepts, namely (a) Director Identification number (b) Provision for Electronic Filing System introduced by the Companies (Amendement) Act, 2006(23 of 2006), and a seperate Appendix VI enumerating the provision introduced by the Companies Act, 2006(23 of 2006) was also inserted.
